Over thinking : A bad eating habit

Over thinking is like over eating. You feel heavy after eating too much. Similarly. Your heart and mind feels heavy when you think too much.

Over thinking sometimes involves making assumptions too. This is the killer .

When you start assuming things… there is no end to it. You will be lost in your own trap and stuck . Such trap of useless thoughts not only makes you feel uneasy , but is also the cause of depression.

Sometimes all you need is space…and some time…. To realise and analyse.

Quick decisions often lead to downfall Its good to go and get no second thoughts. But its equally important to think carefully.

Nothing is running away.

Today I realised what bad can pre assuming do to you.You might ruin your day. You might get entangled in endless ropes of confusion. You might end up losing someone. You might end up all solitary . Correction. You will have your thoughts. Those thoughts which made you land up here.

Promise yourself 1. Be practical 2. Be honest to yourself 3. Don’t assume 4. Be open and clear 5. No Over thinking

Think. But not over. But differently.
